1. What inspired you to become a CrossFit coach?

Felt I had a lot to offer from my experience as a 12-year CrossFitter, 25 years as a baseball scout, and enjoy the personal relationships with each. It’s fun to watch people achieve things they don’t believe they are capable.

2. What is your favorite CrossFit movement or workout, and why?

My favorite workout was Grace because I could cycle through 135 quickly. My favorite movement is toes to bar.

3. What is one piece of advice you would give to someone new to CrossFit?

Take the leap. Every day is a new challenge, embrace it, you compete with yourself. Crossfit is more mental than physical, though closely related. It will help you become a better you.
